  • ½ cup pure honey
  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter

For the Mac and Cheese:

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat chicken dry and season both sides with salt and black pepper.
  2. Prepare the glaze: In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt ¼ cup butter. Add garlic and cook until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Stir in honey until smooth.
  3. Cook the chicken: Place chicken in a baking dish, pour half the glaze over it, and bake for 25-30 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
