Ingredients

Scale

Fudge Base

  • 3½ cups white chocolate chips
  • 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 tbsp salted butter

Coloring and Toppings

  • Pink food coloring
  • Purple food coloring
  • Blue food coloring (teal can be used)
  • ½ cup marshmallow bits
  • 1 tbsp rainbow sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Prepare Baking Pan: Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper and set it aside to ensure easy removal of the fudge later.
  2. Set Up Bowls: Arrange three medium bowls on the countertop with a stirring spoon in each for separating the colored fudge mixtures.
  3. Combine Ingredients: In a large saucepan, place the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and salted butter.
  4. Melt Ingredients: Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the chocolate is completely melted and the fudge mixture looks glossy and thick. This should take about 4 minutes. Be careful not to overcook.
  5. Divide Mixture: Remove the saucepan from heat and evenly pour about one-third of the fudge mixture into each of the three prepared bowls.
  6. Add Food Coloring: Quickly stir pink food coloring into one bowl, purple into the second, and blue into the third bowl to create vibrant pastel colors.
  7. Layer the Fudge: Using a ¼ cup measuring cup, alternate scooping the colored fudge into the lined baking pan.
  8. Create Swirls: Gently swirl the colors together with a knife to create a marbled effect. Avoid over-swishing to preserve distinct colors.
  9. Add Toppings: Sprinkle marshmallow bits and rainbow sprinkles evenly over the fudge. Press lightly to embed them if the fudge starts to cool.
  10. Chill the Fudge: Refrigerate the pan for 2 to 3 hours or until the fudge has completely set and firmed up.
  11. Serve: Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper, cut it into squares, and serve.

Notes

  • Use parchment paper in the pan to easily remove the fudge without sticking.
  • Do not overheat the fudge mixture to prevent grainy texture.
  • Press toppings gently onto the fudge to ensure they stick well.
  • Try customizing the colors or toppings to fit any party theme.
  • Store fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
