Instructions

  1. Prepare the quesadilla: Lay one whole wheat tortilla flat on a plate or clean surface. Evenly layer the 4 slices of lean deli turkey over the tortilla, then sprinkle the shredded reduced-fat mozzarella cheese on top.
  2. Assemble and cook: Place the second tortilla on top of the layered ingredients. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and carefully transfer the tortilla stack to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the tortillas are golden brown and the cheese is melted inside.
