Ground Beef Mixture:

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 oz packet taco seasoning
- 10.5 oz cheddar cheese soup
Remaining Ingredients:
- 30 oz frozen shredded hashbrowns
- 2 cups shredded taco-style cheese, divided
