Pasta:

  • 1 pound pasta

Dressing:

  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Salad:

  • 2 cups cooked corn kernels
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • ½ red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced

Instructions
