  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon dried dill (or 1 teaspoon fresh dill)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Toothpicks or kitchen twine (to hold the pinwheels)

Instructions
