Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a 7×7 inch (15 cm x 15 cm) brownie pan with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  2. Mix Ingredients: In a bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, almond butter, maple syrup, and cocoa powder. If you want to add any optional mix-ins like vanilla extract, salt, or chocolate chips, add them now. Whisk or stir well until the batter is smooth and evenly combined.
  3. Transfer Batter: Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread it out evenly using a spatula to ensure uniform thickness.
  4. Bake: Bake the brownies in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the center is no longer raw and a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean with a few moist crumbs.
