Oreo Mixture:

  • 1 bag Oreos (36 cookies)
  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese, room temperature

Pretzel Mixture:

  • 2 cups Pretzels (2 oz.)

Additional:

  • 12 oz. Candy Coating (e.g., Ghirardelli White & Dark Chocolate Melting Wafers)
  • 1 batch Homemade Salted Caramel (stored in a Condiment Squeeze Bottles)

Instructions

  1. Oreo Mixture: In a food processor, finely crush the Oreo cookies until it’s a sandy texture. Add to a stand mixer or large bowl.
  2. Add cream cheese to the crushed Oreos and mix until a dough forms.

  3. Pretzel Mixture: Crush 2 cups of pretzels in a food processor until chopped into small pieces.
  4. Combine the crushed pretzels with the Oreo dough and mix well.

  5. Form the mixture into balls, flatten, add caramel, and reshape into balls.
  6. Freeze the balls until firm.
  7. Melt candy coating, coat each ball, and place on parchment paper.
  8. Drizzle with Salted Caramel and crushed pretzels.
  9. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
