Peach Bread Ingredients:
- 2 large peaches (300 grams after peeled and chopped)
- ½ tablespoon lemon juice
- ¾ teaspoon pure almond extract
- 1 and ½ cups all-purpose flour, dip and sweep
- 2 and ½ teaspoons baking powder
- 1 to 1 and ½ teaspoons cinnamon
- ⅛ teaspoon salt (optional)
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup butter, melted and cooled
- ½ cup milk, room temperature
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F(177°C). Grease and line a loaf pan.
- Prepare Peaches: Peel and chop peaches, then mix with almond extract and lemon juice.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: Combine eggs, sugar, milk, and melted butter in a separate bowl.
- Combine Mixtures: Pour wet ingredients into dry, then add peaches and mix.
- Bake: Spread batter in loaf pan and bake for 44-48 minutes.
- Cool and Serve: Cool in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
