Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix Wet Ingredients: Using an electric mixer at medium speed, combine the eggs, sugar, oil, and pumpkin until light and fluffy.
  3. Prepare Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and baking soda.
