  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Vegetables and Others:

  • 3 medium Potatoes (peeled and diced)
  • 1 medium Onion (chopped)
  • 1 bell pepper (chopped)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Fresh Parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Potatoes: Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook diced potatoes until soft and browned. Remove and set aside.
  2. Cook the Ground Meat: In the same skillet, cook ground meat until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
  3. Add Vegetables and Seasonings: Add onion, bell pepper, garlic, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until vegetables are softened.
  4. Combine and Simmer: Return potatoes to the skillet, add beef broth, simmer until potatoes are tender.
