Spaghetti:

  • 12 ounces spaghetti, cooked al dente

Chicken:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

Cheese:

  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Onion and Garlic:

  • 1 medium yellow onion, finely chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

Sauce:

  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Garnish:

  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the Spaghetti: Cook spaghetti al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Cook the Chicken: Season chicken with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook in olive oil until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  3. Prepare the Sauce: In the same skillet, cook onion and garlic until softened. Add chicken broth and heavy cream. Simmer to thicken.
  4. Combine and Serve: Add cooked spaghetti and chicken back to the skillet. Top with Monterey Jack cheese. Let it melt, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
