These Meatball Parmesan Sliders are a delightful twist on a classic favorite, perfect for parties or a fun family dinner. Juicy meatballs, gooey cheese, and zesty tomato sauce all nestled in fluffy Hawaiian rolls make for a delicious and satisfying bite-sized treat.

For the Sliders:

  • 1 pkg Kings Hawaiian Rolls
  • 12 cocktail Meatballs (cooked)
  • 1/4 c Tomato sauce
  • 1/41/2 c mozzarella cheese (divided)
  • 1/4 c parmesan cheese
  • Parsley for garnish (optional)

For the Garlic Butter:

  • 4 tbs butter
  • 1 tbs Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Cut and Prep the Rolls: Cut small, deep circles into the center of each Hawaiian roll without cutting through to the bottom. Press down the center to create a larger space.
  2. Toast the Rolls: Brush the rolls inside and on top with garlic butter. Bake at 400 degrees for around 4 minutes until lightly toasted.
  3. Fill the Sliders: Add tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, meatballs, and parmesan into each roll.
  4. Melt the Cheese: Top with more mozzarella and bake at 400 degrees for about 5 minutes until the cheese melts.
  5. Garnish and Serve: Let cool slightly, garnish with parsley if desired, and enjoy!

Notes

  • Be careful not to overtoast the rolls as they can become too crunchy.
