  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 cup bread crumbs (Italian-style recommended)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

For the Topping:

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
