  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1⁄2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1⁄4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1⁄4 cup pasta water

Instructions
