- 8 oz beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 8 oz rice noodles
For the Sauce:
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
For the Stir-Fry:
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
- Cook the Rice Noodles: Prepare the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté Aromatics: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet/wok over medium-high heat. Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Cook Beef: Add beef slices to the skillet, cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Stir-Fry Vegetables: In the same skillet, add bell pepper, carrot, and green onions. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Combine Ingredients: Return beef to the skillet, add hoisin sauce, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Mix well.
- Finish Dish: Add cooked noodles to the skillet, toss to coat with the sauce. Drizzle with sesame oil, sprinkle sesame seeds, and garnish with cilantro. Serve hot.
