  • 8 oz beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz rice noodles

For the Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

For the Stir-Fry:

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the Rice Noodles: Prepare the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté Aromatics: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet/wok over medium-high heat. Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  3. Cook Beef: Add beef slices to the skillet, cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
  4. Stir-Fry Vegetables: In the same skillet, add bell pepper, carrot, and green onions. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Combine Ingredients: Return beef to the skillet, add hoisin sauce, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Mix well.
  6. Finish Dish: Add cooked noodles to the skillet, toss to coat with the sauce. Drizzle with sesame oil, sprinkle sesame seeds, and garnish with cilantro. Serve hot.
