Instructions

  1. Season the chicken: Rub the boneless chicken breasts on all sides with kosher salt, ground pepper, and Italian seasoning to ensure an even coating of flavor.
  2. Prepare the sauce base: In a small bowl, whisk together the almond milk and gluten-free flour until completely smooth. Set this mixture aside to use later in the sauce.
