2 tbsp butter
For the Vegetables:
1 small head cauliflower, cut into florets
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
4 cloves garlic, minced
Seasonings:
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp Italian seasoning
Salt & black pepper, to taste
Finishing Touches:
1 tbsp lemon juice
¼ cup Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions
Heat the Skillet: In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and butter.
