Kielbasa:

Tortellini Skillet:

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 (20-ounce) package cheese tortellini fresh or frozen
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried minced onions
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 0.25 cup frozen peas
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese freshly shredded off the block
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley optional, for garnish

Instructions
