For the Lasagna:

  • 48 oz Jar Spaghetti Sauce
  • 30 oz Ricotta Cheese
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tsp dried or finely chopped Parsley
  • 2 cups grated Mozzarella Cheese
  • 12 Lasagna Noodles (regular, not ‘no bake’)

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 13×9 inch baking pan.
  2. Mix Cheese Filling: In a large bowl, mix ricotta cheese, eggs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, and 1 cup of mozzarella until well combined.
  3. Layer Lasagna: Spread 1.5 cups of sauce in the pan. Layer noodles, cheese mixture, sauce, and repeat twice, finishing with sauce. Top with remaining mozzarella.
  4. Bake: Cover with foil, bake for 45 mins. Uncover, bake 10 more mins. Rest for 10 mins before serving.
