Instructions

  1. Shred the Zucchini: Wash the zucchinis thoroughly and use a box grater or food processor to shred them. Place the shredded zucchini in a clean kitchen towel, sprinkle with salt, and let it sit for 10 minutes to draw out excess moisture.
  2. Remove Excess Water: Squeeze the shredded zucchini tightly in the towel to remove excess water.
