Dip Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup Roland® Dill Pickle Sandwich Chips
  • 12 oz cream cheese (about 1 1/2 cups), room temperature
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
  • Zest of 1 full lemon
  • Juice of 1/4 lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon pickle juice (from dill pickles)

To Serve

  • Roland® Toasted Everything Flatbreads

Instructions

  1. Prepare the base: In a large bowl, combine the room-temperature cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Use a hand mixer or mix by hand until the mixture is smooth and no chunks of cream cheese remain.
  2. Add flavorings: Fold in the chopped dill pickle chips, fresh dill, parsley, chives, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, and pickle juice. Mix gently until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  3. Season and chill: Taste the dip and add salt if desired. For the best flavor, refrigerate the dip for at least 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  4. Serve: Serve the dill pickle dip chilled alongside toasted everything flatbreads for dipping and enjoy this zesty, creamy appetizer.

Notes

  • Using room-temperature cream cheese ensures a smooth, creamy dip without lumps.
  • Allowing the dip to chill enhances the melding of flavors for a tastier experience.
  • If you prefer a tangier dip, add extra pickle juice to taste.
  • Fresh herbs add brightness; dried herbs can be substituted but use sparingly.
  • Pair with veggies like carrots or celery sticks for a lighter serving option.
