  • 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

  • Salt to taste

Garnish:

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the Chicken: Pat chicken thighs dry with a paper towel and place them in a large bowl. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and rub to coat evenly.
  3. Mix Seasonings: In a small bowl, combine ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, thyme, pepper, and a pinch of salt.
  4. Season the Chicken: Sprinkle the spice mix over the chicken, massaging it into the skin and meat for full flavor.
  5. Bake: Arrange the thighs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil. Bake for 35–40 minutes at 400°F (200°C) until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the skin is crispy.
  6. Rest and Serve: Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before garnishing with chopped parsley and serving hot with your favorite sides.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the seasoning mix.
  • Make sure to check the internal temperature of the chicken for doneness.
  • Feel free to customize the seasoning blend to your preference.
