Chicken:
- 4 chicken breasts, boneless skinless
Breadcrumb Mixture:
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Cheese Topping:
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Egg Wash:
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
Additional:
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix breadcrumbs, half the Parmesan, seasonings in one dish.
