Instructions

  1. Blend Cottage Cheese: Add the cottage cheese to a large food processor and blend for 1 to 2 minutes until it becomes smooth and creamy. This ensures a velvety texture for the cheesecake.
  2. Add Maple Syrup: Pour in the maple syrup and blend again briefly to incorporate sweetness evenly into the mixture.
  3. Combine with Greek Yogurt: Transfer the whipped cottage cheese into a mixing bowl and gently fold in the Greek yogurt using a silicone spatula until well combined.
  4. Layer the Jars: In each jar, layer the ingredients in this order: start with a layer of crushed graham crackers, followed by the cheesecake mixture, then another layer of graham crackers, a layer of berries, and finish with another layer of cheesecake mixture.
