These Cowboy Sliders are a delicious twist on traditional sliders, packed with flavorful ingredients like ground beef, jalapeños, bacon, and cheddar cheese, all baked to perfection on soft Hawaiian rolls.

    For the Sliders:

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 yellow onion, diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 tablespoon hamburger seasoning
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and sliced
  • 6 slices thick-cut bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup crispy fried onions
  • 1 package (12 count) Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 recipe cowboy butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Heat oven to 350°F. Spray a 7×11 baking dish. Cook onion and garlic in oil for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Cook the Beef: Add the ground beef and seasonings, cook for 8-10 minutes until done. Drain excess grease.
  3. Assemble Sliders: Split the Hawaiian rolls and place the bottoms in the baking dish. Brush with cowboy butter. Layer beef, jalapeños, bacon, cheese, and onions. Add the tops.
  4. Bake: Brush the tops with butter, cover, and bake for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 3-5 minutes until golden.
  5. Serve: Serve the sliders with extra cowboy butter.
