Finishing:

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Boil salted water, cook linguine until al dente, reserve pasta water.
  2. Prepare the Chicken: Season and cook chicken until done. Slice into pieces.
  3. Make the Cowboy Butter Sauce: Cook garlic, add mustard, lemon juice, broth, simmer.
  4. Add Cream and Cheese: Pour in cream, simmer, add Parmesan.
  5. Combine Everything: Add chicken, linguine to sauce, toss and cook briefly.
  6. Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle with parsley, serve with Parmesan.

Notes
