Ingredients

Scale

Coconut Layer

  • 300 g coconut water
  • 10 g gelatin sheets, softened in cold water
  • 3335 green grapes, washed and dried

Milk Layer

  • 300 g milk
  • 150 g heavy cream
  • 25 g sugar
  • 10 g gelatin sheets, softened in cold water

Decoration (Optional)

  • Extra green grapes
  • Mint leaves
  • Candies

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Coconut Layer: Heat 300 g of coconut water in a saucepan over medium heat until it begins to gently simmer. Remove from heat and stir in 10 g of softened gelatin sheets until fully dissolved. Place 33-35 washed and dried green grapes evenly into serving cups. Pour the coconut mixture over the grapes until the cups are halfway full. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until the gelatin sets completely.
  2. Prepare the Milk Layer: In a separate saucepan, combine 300 g milk, 150 g heavy cream, and 25 g sugar. Gently heat the mixture, stirring consistently until the sugar dissolves completely but without boiling. Add 10 g of softened gelatin sheets and stir until fully melted. Remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.
  3. Assemble the Jelly: After the coconut layer has fully set, carefully pour the cooled milk and cream mixture over the coconut jelly in each cup, filling to the top.
  4. Chill the Jelly: Return the assembled cups to the refrigerator and chill until the milk layer is fully firm, approximately 2 hours.
  5. Decorate and Serve: Garnish the top of each jelly cup with extra green grapes, fresh mint leaves, or candies as desired. Serve chilled for a refreshing and delicious dessert experience.

Notes

  • Soften gelatin sheets by soaking them in cold water for at least 5 minutes before use.
  • Ensure the gelatin is fully dissolved in both mixtures to achieve a smooth jelly texture.
  • Do not boil the milk mixture to prevent curdling.
  • Use ripe, firm green grapes for the best texture and flavor contrast.
  • The dessert is best served chilled and consumed within 2 days for optimal freshness.
