  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Wet Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream

Swirl Mixture:

  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon

Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Prep & Preheat – Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Generously grease a 10-cup Bundt pan with butter or baking spray.
  2. Dry Ingredients – In a medium bowl, whisk dry ingredients. In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
  3. Alternate Wet & Dry – Add and mix flour and sour cream alternately in batches.
  4. Create Swirl Mixture – Combine brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  5. Layer & Swirl – Pour batter into pan, sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar, then repeat. Swirl with a knife.
  6. Bake to Perfection – Bake for 45-55 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool and invert onto a rack.
  7. Serve with Love – Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar, slice, and enjoy!
