  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 12 tbsp milk (optional, to thin if needed)

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Make the Crust – Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the pan to create an even crust layer. Bake for 10 minutes and set aside to cool.
  2. Step 2: Make the Cinnamon Roll Layer – In a bowl, combine softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Spread this mixture over the cooled crust in the pan.
  3. Step 3: Make the Cheesecake Filling – Beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract and sour cream. Pour half of the filling over the cinnamon roll layer.
  4. Step 4: Add the Cinnamon Swirl – Mix brown sugar and cinnamon for the swirl. Sprinkle half over the filling, then add the remaining filling and sprinkle the rest of the swirl mixture.
