These Keto Philly Cheesesteak Rolls are a delicious low-carb twist on the classic Philly cheesesteak sandwich. With gooey melted cheese and savory beef filling, these roll-ups are easy to make and perfect for a quick meal or snack.

Cheese Circles:

  • 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese (shredded)

Beef Mixture:

  • 16 ounces ground beef
  • 1/2 medium onion (sliced)
  • 1 bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Oven: Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook the Beef Mixture: Brown ground beef in a skillet, add onions and bell peppers, cook until beef is browned and veggies are soft.
  3. Season and Add Cheese: Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and cream cheese to the skillet, stir until melted.
  4. Create Cheese Circles: On baking sheet, make 8 circles with shredded cheese, bake until golden and lacy.
