Turkey:

Cranberry Orange Glaze:

  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons orange zest

Herb Mixture:

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Make the cranberry orange glaze: In a saucepan, combine cranberries, orange juice, honey, and orange zest. Simmer until thickened.
  3. Prepare the turkey: Dry the turkey breast, mix olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper. Rub under and over the skin.
  4. Roast the turkey: Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan, skin side up. Roast until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Glaze the turkey: Brush the cranberry orange glaze over the turkey during the last 30 minutes of roasting.
  6. Rest and serve: Let the turkey rest, then carve and serve.
